On Running Women's Trainers Size Guide

Running shoes should fit snug but have extra room for your toes. On Running trainers are generally a tighter fit, so with this in mind, you should opt for at least half size larger than the shoe size you usually get, particularly on these styles:

      On shoes tend to be relatively narrow, especially in the toe box. If you have wider feet, the Cloudeclipse, Cloudflyer and Cloudstratus are the best models for you, as they have more room in the toe box.
